Yes call on back of card. and they do have automated. but there is no luv button. my last cli went from 800 to 2k. wow. big cli. i tried. since my last was 4 months ago. and i just got denied. they will send letter. maybe because i just don't use it that much. maybe 30 dollars in last 4 months.
