@toi34 - there's no set in stone intervals per se. Typically, on the newer SYNCB V/MC accounts, a CLI request can be submitted after the first ~6 months and then, if approved, folks have tried every ~4 months afterwards -- provided the SYNCB bear hasn't shutdown any accounts.
You mentioned you have not been able to get a CLI, what reason(s) did the provide on the denial letter?
