I was just checking through some old emails that I never check and I found a email that said I was upgraded to the PayPal extras MasterCard from my smart connect account. The email was dated aug 31 and it said I needed to activate the card by sep 31. I never received no card or letter in the mail notifying me of anything. Called them up and the first rep told me it was too late to activate the card I never received and they could not send out a new one. Called back again and the second rep told me I was never upgraded. Now I'm really confused. She told me they should upgrade me soon anyway after she checked over my account. The email had my name and everything on it. Has anyone else received a email like this? Thanks
Ok thanks for the info. I got excited when I saw it. Hopefully I will get upgraded soon.
