My Paypal MC card has been stuck at 10K limit since a while. I keep getting denied and the only reason is that I have the max limit. I read that calling backdoor help and I still get denied for same reason. I even tried asking for it via chat. Anyone else has this issue also?
There's really no issues on CLIs per se, since it varies on individual profiles. Mine is higher than $10K and plenty of other members have that as well. Are you calling Credit Solutions or submitting the request online?
If you're requesting it through Credit Solutions, then it appears that based on your reported income, VS4 data and other internal SYNCB factors (they may still be considering the BK as a factor) so it's possible they're unwilling to increase the exposure at this time. Otherwise, if you're submitting it online, try CS.
Are you constantly using the card close to its limit or at least 50% every month?

Right. At least at one stage, it was a "thing" that you couldn't get more than $10K from an online request. I had tried twice before reading here, and once I called got a bump to $25K

I have called Credit solutions and tried online also. I rarely use this card my everyday driver is Penfed.

Ok, since you rarely use it, and given the current lending climate, there really isn't any incentive for SYNCB to yield a CLI.
