No counter? Did you stay on the call all the way to the end? I read someone said that the auto denial is followed by yada yada and then afterwards, it makes a counter offer. To stay on til the very end. And unless you accept the counter, you've settled for the denial.

No counter offer. Robolady said I wasn’t eligible for an increase. I waited til the end and she said for me to hang up. I will wait a year. No biggie
I got my CLI denial and it says “insufficient information to determine account performance score” what does this mean?
Credit solutions? Ok

Maybe as this is a new card Synchrony wants see more usage/payment history. I got a $7k SL in July and asked for a CLI to $10k after the 4th statement and they countered with a $1k increase to $8k, TU around 720. Also you need to have TU unfrozen/unlocked when your request a CLI, even though they have access as an existing creditor and give you your TU Fico score the SP from the CLI needs full access to TU.
How old is the account? From personal experience I've found that Sync likes to wait until the 3rd or 4th statement cuts before they approve a CLI. At least that's how it worked for me.
