Paypal credit, bill me later!! weird situation.

Today, I opened my phone and saw " apply PP credit "on phone 

I clicked on it. It's just tell me put address and LAST 4 ditgits SSN.

I did and denied . . . 

P/s: I already verify SSN with PP before.

BUT, BUT . . . Nothing happens NO hard pulls. NO email ???? ( first time, I applied Jan 2020 )

Open phone again and the apply credit is gone . . . ??????????

)??? Is it count as apply though ?????? Should I do that again on their website ? This is weird on phone.

I just got approved for PayPal Credit, but I did do it on the computer through my email link. There was a hard pull right away, if you had no hard pull maybe it didnt fully go through the system??? Maybe using a desktop computer is best.
