PenFed Question - PLOC Bill consolidation question

I have been a PenFed member for 6 months....have a checking, savings, thrift overdraft, and a Promise CC. I applied for a Bill Consolidation Loan yesterday and was turned down today for Prior BK (discharged '12), Inquiries & past deliquent account (all related to BK).

So, I sent a recon email to PenFed this morning outlining my Bankruptcy reasons and the reasons for my inquiries. I logged in tonight and under applications  - it now says "Preparing for Disbursement 03/29/2016" instead of "Turned Down 03/28/2016." 

Does this mean the recon worked??! I didn't get an email response or call or anything. I would be blown away if it did so of course I'm now on the edge of my seat

wow i knew penfed was good on certain products and their recons. but who knew they would do a ploc so easily! from what ive read on other boards and here, preparing for disbursement is a very good sign that it was approved. if your EQ score is good and your income too. then i can see them looking beyond the negatives on your report.
