Thank you @IaBoy62 . I am still waiting for the e-mail or my account status with a digital document for me to sign. So far there is nothing yet. I am hoping it is because of the weekend. So far I received an e-mail status from another rep but not the person who supposed to send me the digital document to be signed saying something below:
"According to our records, the application for the PenFed Pathfinder Rewards card was successfully submitted and received. The application has been approved. You should receive the credit card by mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please feel free to reply or find us at PenFed.org/Help if you need further assistance."
So far it is better than getting a silent treatment or outright denied. I think the first card is also slow at processing but the card did appear on my PenFed account after I activated the free saving account with $5.00 they deposited to me right after they approved me. Even my auto loan refinance is pretty much instantaneos except the mishap of the lost check and a second check they sent out after more than 50 days. Funny thing is they didn't pull HP on my auto loan refinance even until now.
