Penfed Auto Refinance Decline/Secured Credit Card Denied

These guys are ridiculous. Had a cosigner on the auto loan with excellent credit and still denied me. Any ideas where I may go to get a refinance on an auto loan who doesn't want an 850?

DCU, Digital Credit Union is excellent for auto loans. 670 I believe gets you their best rate.

What were Penfed denial reasons?

I have quite a few lates due to a divorce that I have been dealing with for the past year.

Odd that Penfed wouldn't give you a loan even with a co-signor with excellent credit.
