Penfed cli request problems

Yesterday my Penfed PCR became 1 year old. I am winding down from a 2500 bt transfer i took earlier in the year, 215 balance left.

This morning i clicked on the request cli link and filled out the app and suddenly a page showed up saying page not working with a refresh button. no matter how many times i hit the refresh button it didnt change.

Then i waited 1 hour, no emails or notifications of a hard pull so i tried again, same results.

Yeah this is the norm for Penfed.  Login to the website and right above your account you should see an option to complete your application.

Update - After 2 hours or so i logged into my penfed accounts and i saw 2 links that had numbers next to them and a button that said action needed. i clicked on the first link and it instructed me to clean my browser history and app again which i did, it went under review.

about 2 hours later i got a congratulation email saying cli approved for 2500, 7500 to 10000.
