Possible NFCU Denial

I'm stepping out of the Garden as I am coming up on my 91/3 with NFCU.  I already have the Platinum Card at $15,000 SL.  I've been a member with NFCU for 11 years, so history with them is not an issue.  My only concern is, before I went into the garden, I went on a mini app spree and my AAoA is going to take a hit.  My Amex accounts are due to post anytime this month and I already calculated my AAoA when that happens. It will be at 2 years.  They oblivious liked my profile, however, once the additional accounts hit, I hope I'm not going to be in a tough spot.  I want to app for the AMEX More Rewards and then garden for two years.  I'm worried it may end up in a decline for an app and I really want this to be my last CC for a while.  My oldest account is 15 years, my youngest accounts are currently one month and will be two months come December (91/3 with NFCU).

I was approved for all (3) NFCU card's @ LOL/24 (lowest limit being $15K Platinum)

Having said that, the last approval was the Flagship 3-9-2020

So that was really pre-Covid-19 .. things are not exactly the same with lenders .. so YEMV

ETA: I believe my AAoA had dipped to aroound 2.2-2.4 months at the time.

"Keep in mind I am was at 32/24 Inqs. on TU ..I will have to check actual scoreable Inqs. for 12 months.

I have had opened 25+ accounts in 15 Months or so .. Sorry lost track. No spread sheet."

Re: Possible NFCU Denial

To clear up any confusion in my original post for readers, my NFCU Platinum ($15,000 SL) will be hitting 91/3 in December and I'm trying to app for a second NFCU Card (More Rewards Amex) in December.  Hoping for a positive outcome as my AAoA is about to take a significant drop before the app.

My honest opinion,

Call  a NFCU rep when your 91/3 is up and ask if you are pre-qualified for any CC's?.

Good Luck!
