Pre Qualifications trust worthy?

Hi All, 

Are the CC pre qualifications trust worthy?

I ask because I have chase sapphaire preferred and reserve as pre approved with solid APR when I go to the "My offers" page on chase. But when I go to the preqalifications page and enter my details, it says no offers found. 

Got me confused. Am i doing something wrong in filling the information?

The pre-approvals shown on your "My Offers" page (referred to in these forums as Green Check Marks) are solid unless there's been recent negative changes in your credit history.  Another way to check is to go in-branch and ask a private banker if you have any approvals.  Its not unusual to have offers on Chase's internal website that don't appear when you check on the external site and vice versa.
