Re: Pre-approved for VentureX

@sto0pyd

I have the same issue. My cards keep saying "World" and statement state "World Elite" and I confirmed with customer service that my card is a World Elite. Also, they never notified me when they upgraded my account to a World Elite. Im wondering if I'll ever get a card that reflects World Elite.

Re: Pre-approved for VentureX

Ok, with all this silver balls talk, you made me look. Both of my master cards, savior and Huntington cashback, are world elite. So, is there a prize, or do I just win?

Btw, I traded a qs in for the savor last year. I'm still only getting $300 clis on it.

Re: Pre-approved for VentureX

To those missing their well-earned silver balls, all I can say is I'm sorry - I have no idea what's up with that.  Capital One is well-known to have 'Frankencards' in the wild and they seem to (usually) have no problem finding the appropriate blanks - even for the mysterious Savor Visa - so I can't suggest that as an excuse.

For what it's worth, having WEMC on the Savor is about as useful as having it on a Sam's Club WEMC; that is, it's basically useless.  On the back of my Savor there is a phone number for the "World Elite Concierge Service" (the only difference I can tell between WEMC and WMC) but even if I was inclined to use such a service I wouldn't expect much.

Silver balls aside, I ordered a new card back when they were still metal and I have to say my Savor is one of the physically nicer cards I have.  I'm sure when it renews (or I have it replaced due to loss, etc.) the new one will be the current design which will be a bummer.

I'm attempting to cool my jets too at this moment. Lmao - I get my DTI down and open 3 accounts so far this year and just got approved for but didn't accept (yet?) the Delta Platinum.
Long weekends has me wanting to spend my paychecks of weekend getaways. trying to wait it out - maybe this fall. I really shouldn't be making any trips again this summer.
