Hi everyone. I'm new here. I have a question and wanted to know if anyone has experienced this. I applied through preapproval on the Penfed website and it said my card will be sent within 7-10 business days. I called up CS to get info and I was told they did not see an application on my profile. I was thinking maybe it's because I did the app late at night and called Penfed a few hours later.
Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this.
