Hi all,
Second post ever so please be kind.
I have a Discover Card and it has stated my most recent credit score is 729 (not sure where they pull from). I need to make some foreign purchases and I wanted a rewards card so I was looking for a card with the following:
> No Foreign Transaction Fees
> No Annual Fee
> Cash Back Rewards
I just applied for a Capital One Quicksiler Rewards card and it put me in the 7-10 day waiting period. What does that mean? If Capital One rejects me for the Quicksilver Rewards card will they offer me another card?
I need a card with no foreign transaction fees + no annual fee. If I can get rewards.... even better.
What info do you kind people need to lead me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance
I second the above. I am not a traveller but I thought Discover was no FTF and they are definitely no AF.
As far as "if denied, will Cap One offer me another card?" No, not neccessarily. While underwriting does vary by card and you can get approved for something "lesser" sometimes, Cap One is not going to give you a card just because. If you are declined, and they don't want to extend you credit period, you'll still be declined for other products.
