I read both links you posted. It seems like being honest and straight forward can really help. Having a plan for the future and how you are changing your life to not repeat past mistakes will be important too.

 

I think there should be a RECON FORUM to hear more stories about greasing the path to your rebuild. BTW I think you are pretty cool too, Creditinspired. AFter I make second on time payme I'll be taking on Mr. CAP 1.. I'm on my way.
