Review Status on Credit card

Applied for Credit Card with DCU, has been in review status since application about a week ago. Does anyone know how long this procedure takes, no requests for further information received.

Starting Score: TU 573 Exp 523 Lender Pull, Eq 583
Current Score: TU 673, Exp 664.,Eq 672 04/17/2015 TU 741 Equifax 682 Experian 678

Goal Score: 700 across the board

I'm new to DCU and applied for their Platinum Rewards Visa and it was instantly approved. For some reason I was thinking it would go to pending or manual review.

Given that it displays the same status for over a week, have you tried contacting their lending services department? I received an email shortly after obtaining membership with the following information, maybe this might help?
