Not to reign on your parade, but all CU's send docusign forms.... Doesn't mean your 're approved...after you fill them all out THEN they send them to an underwriter. Those manual review underwriters at SDFCU are tough. Just sayin...

So sorry to hear that. Didn't realize you had open collection account. Most lender's will decline if there's open collection account's that are recent. If you took the HP did you want to consider a secured card with them to get your foot in the door ???
