Second Card with PNC

I know there is someone here with multiple PNC cards; were PNC apps after your first approval SPs similar to AMEX or did you get HPs every time? Thanks!

I have 3 cards as-issued by PNC (my 4th PNC card is an ex-Clearpoints card that came over with the BBVA assimilation). All 3 were outcomes from mailed preapproval offers and each of the 3 cost me a hard pull when I applied.
