Re: Serta/iComfort SCT tip! Comenity Cards......

Is this a soft pull? I was pre approved after doing what the op said. Says min purchase required 4500. Does that mean I will get that limit? I have a j crew card. Two secured cards. And two capital one. None come close to that limit so I figured I would add it for uti. After that, no more store cards. Thanks

It does not mean you're preapproved for that amount, that's just the minimum purchase amount required to get the interest-free financing. What I did was put a very expensive bed in my shopping cart (like $7,000), then did the shopping cart trick. I was able to see my preapproval amount, but some people have reported not seeing it.

You cannot see the approval amount until you accepted the offer.

I did NOT see my pre-approved amount in the pop up Smiley Sad. Turns out the total my cart was OVER my pre approved amount... I was hoping  the more I put in the more I'd be approved for! I had over $8k in shopping cart and was approved for $4500 (bumped to $5250 after cli request)

I only put $7000 into the cart ( bed, bed frame and 1 accessories mattress cover).  That's what I did. You might get the pop-up. Good luck.

Re: Serta/iComfort SCT tip! Comenity Cards......

Is it generally a good starting limit? Which for me means anything over 3000 since my highest card is 500 lol

It might take over a month to get pre-approval. You need to follow my instruction in the other post.

My pre-approval amount for Serta two days ago was $3500 and I was able to hit the luv button and get it up to $4250.  My highest Comenity card is $500, if that gives you an idea of the kind of amounts they are giving at Serta.
