I was just checking other comenity sites to see if my pop ups are working and they are. I just got the express pop right away on regular browsing mode on Safari, but cannot get the serta pop up. I followed the instructions but nada.

That's not how it works at all. If that was the case, I'd be able to get the Shopping Cart Trick to work on every single Comenity-backed card.
U/W standards diffrentiate between cards, even within the same company. For example, I can get Victoria's Secret, PacSun and JJill to pop up, but I can't get Eddie Bauer, West Elm, or Restoration Hardware to come up. It's not because I'm doing something wrong, it's because I'm simply not preapproved for those cards at this time.
