My advice: Don't do the SCT anymore as it hasn't been working lately. More and more people are reporting getting hard pulls. Don't apply for cards just to get cards, apply for cards you will use and/or grow into such as part of a rewards structure. I currently have three 1.5% cards and a 2% card. Guess which ones I don't use anymore. I should have just used my secured Discover for the first year because it's 2-10% after cash back match, then applied for the PayPal. Now, I'm waiting for the 6 inquiries from 2 cap1 cards that dont grow, to age off.
Take your time and be strategic on the cards you want, even it takes 6 months or a year to achieve that card. Dont get cards just to have them
It isn't the SCT if you get a HP. That's another datapoint showing the trick is basically dead.
