Hello All, interested in applying for Marriot Rewards Card through Chase. I know they pull EQ throught multiple times of applying with them and having EQ frozen and trying for them to pull TU. They won't budge! My EQ score from CK is 653. I have a ton on Inquires on EQ as of know 56! Yes I know a **bleep** load! Mostly from Car dealers and shopping credit. About 30 are set to fall of this year. I've recently paid down my cards quite a bit but it hasn't reflected yet to my EQ. Also have one medical CO from October 15 for $700. My Question is with My Score being a 653 and with the INQs do you guys thing I stand a chance? I do bank with Chase and have a checking account with them and car loan. My worry is that they will apply there 5/24 rule to the co branded cards next month and won't have time to apply for the card. I do have a $5500 discover it and $6200 AMEX from my wife and I'm a AU on it. PERFECT payment history. Just the 1 CO. No other baddies.

Before you app think... Have you done your research of the CC? Does it fit your spending? Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt? Can you afford the AF? Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
I think you have a chance. My husband was approved for the Disney and his I believe was in the 660's at that time. One OLD paid derogatory from 6 years ago. Inquiries and new accounts. Good luck!
