The Barclay hp stings. I wasn't prepared when it happened to me awhile back and they offered so little in return as an increase. I called them up and they gave me a very hard time but I was finally satisfied with in increase they gave me.

We had plenty of people get soft pull increases and APR reductions. Call recon and convince them to use that hard pull to either lower APR on one of your other cards or give you a CLI.
