So for kicks and giggles i decided to ask Discover for a SP CLI and answered the questions and what not with the chat rep. She did say it was declined but to call the CLI analyst department to try and override. So i did, they said the SP only gives them so much information but its rather vague like the information your normal FICO score from them would give. Reasons: Utilization (i understand and knew that would be it) and Too many new accounts (i understand that too)
I asked for an override if possible he said if my balance wasnt as high he could do it since he sees i have perfect payment history and make multiple payments a month to them.
On a side note my sister got a Auto CLI from them. Its her first card had it for 6 mos. Dont know when they increased it but it went from $500 to $750

Sounds like a load of horse manure.
SP gives them the same info an HP does. The only thing an HP truly does is allow them to brand you for credit seeking.
