Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I learn something new from this board, which is great. Is there a list of Credit Card companies and Banks that show which credit agency they pull from? 1 pull? 2 pulls? 3 pulls?
Some issuers pull TU like Barclays, some Ex like Amex, and some all 3 like Capital One. Best way to get info would be to google credit pull data base and look at it by state.
Capital One is generally the only common 3B puller. Chase and Citi off the top of my head are known to pull 2. Most lenders pull 1.
As for what bureau(s), that’s a different matter altogether. Depends on what state you live in quite often.

It's YMMV for both Chase and Citi. Often they pull 1 (Experian), sometimes they pull a 2nd.
The usability of the creditpulls database (Google search: CreditPulls) took a big hit as part of the site's code upgrade late last summer but with a little patience it can still help with guidance on which CRA(s) an issuer is likely to pull in your state.
I am in Az and I only have 1 credit card and 0 inquires for the past 4 years. My plan was to apply for a business credit card with Wells fargo and a personal credit card...That may require 2 pulls with Wells Fargo, unsure how many they pull. But was wondering if I could stagger my inquires with other credit card companies....Lets say 1 pulls with equifax and not the rest or one pulls with experian and not the rest?
