Soft pre approvals with terms?

regions website does card pre approvals that tell you our sl and Apr before you accept the card for the hard pull

does anyone other than Apple and regions do this?

Tried the preapproval out at regions purely out of curiosity to see what they would offer.   

their aprs range from 19.24 to 29.99%

they offered choice of three cards with an Apr of 21.24% after 12 months of 0% for BT and purchases but the limit they were offering was only $1750 so I passed.

Patelco Credit Union - IME it displayed CL but not interest 

Hit or Miss

Gemini (WebBank) - It's hit or miss with the limit/terms

PenFed - Never worked for me because I've maxed my exposure with them

Nasa Federal Credit Union - It's shown me terms before but now I get an error saying they need to verify who I am

100% Softpull - No terms displayed

Amex

Capital One Walmart Cards (Retail and MC)

CareCredit

Sam's Club Cards (Retail and MC)

WayFair (Retail and MC)

Discover Card

Walgreens (Retail and MC)

No impact if delined BUT will HP if approved

PayPal MasterCard

Can you describe Walmart more? I have a store card for years and was always told to apply if i wanted an MC upgrade. But with Crap One and the 3 CRA pull, i avoided it.

Crazy I have a GM Buss account with $32k SL....I just checked for person $3.5k SL and 24% APR....I declined lol
