Well I hit it on Tuesday, but its only been 4 months since my automatic cli so they denied it. Guess I'll just wait for Februarys statement to cut before I try again. I was hoping I would be like others and get an early one .

Capital One stands by their 6 month rule between CLI's.

Correct. OP, you may have luck a couples days earlier than 6 calendar months, but not much earlier. From what I've observed, the early CLIs only seem to work as initial CLIs for some new accounts.
