I tried the link.  Apparently, it didn't go through. Got the pop up again, did the whole process and got a 48 hour message.

Any idea what that means?

I think your apps might  not go through. You have to try it again.

You may be getting a error message due to the income box? I received an error too, until I removed the comma and only put in numbers for income
