Sportsman’s Guide SP SCT not working for me :(

I cant get this SCT to pop for me no matter what I try. I got it to pop for VS, Wayfair, and Overstock but not this.

Tried using a VPN, tried with incognito tried using a VPN AND incognito. Nothing.

I always tried to get the popup, but it never did in the 3 years that I tried...when it finally did, I really wasn't even trying to get the card...I just wanted to purchase 2 wool blankets. If I had wanted it to popup, it never would have.
