State Farm Visa Pre-selected

I am a State Farm customer and received a pre-selected offer with an opt out notice at the bottom. I'm not really interested in their rewards but it does have an offer for balance transfers and purchases at 0.9% interest for 22 statements with no transfer fee. After that the interest rate would be 10.49%, far lower than anything I have now. Can anyone tell me how good these pre-selected offers are and what the starting credit lines are like? My TU is around 705.

I test drove SF Ins last year for 6 months and dumped them for AAA for $400 savings per year.

I never really did have an interest in their V offering either.  From what all other offers are out there when things get specific, OPT-OUT wording is on the paper, and there's a promo offer attached there's a 99%+ chance of approval.  Banks don't like to spend money on marketing to people that won't generate $$$ with swipes.  10.49% is about as low as it goes unless you find a niche offering from a CU or something.

I don't know about their pre-selected offers, but I cold apped for their rewards Visa a couple of weeks ago. They pulled TU (684) but do use a slightly different version than Fico8. I got an immediate approval for 3,000
