Tried the LUV button several times on my Wal-Mart and Amazon card and its been a decline every time. I've even tried the chat and i get told "we see your previous request and you'll receive a letter in the mail". When i get the letter, it states that they used a pull from DEC 9,2014. Of course, things have changed since then and my score has gone up. Is thre anyway i can get them to use a recent report that wont result in a HP?
Call credit solutions and see if they are willing to do another SP for the request. Let them know that your scores have changed.

Thanks....ended up calling that number and asked for $3k and it was a no go. Not even a counter offer. Oh well. I cant get a CLI from anyone. Guess its off to the garden for real this time...
Same happened to me for the Amazon CLI in Feb. I was bummed they were using such and old credit report. Not to mention, I've paid damn near in full every month with the exception of December. I'm afraid to hit the button again this month.

Sorry to hear that. This happened to me two months straight of trying to get an increase on one of my Synchrony cards in October and November 2014. I didn't realize they were using an old report until I got one of the denial letters in the mail that explained the reasons and it listed a derogatory account. I said wait a minute, that account fell off months ago. I called credit solutions and explained to the rep that they were using an old report and asked if they could pull a new HP report (I knew they would do SP). Rep came back and said approved.
