Synchrony CLI

Don't know if this has been discussed, but I know some of us have had hit or miss with CLI with GE/Synchrony cards. You might get an increase on one card and nothing on another no matter what outlet you use, (luv button, chat, credit solutions). After looking at denials for increases and speaking with an agent, I found out that sometimes your account may have an old report on file. 3-4 months old. Which would make sense with auto increases at 3 month mark for some and luv button working at the 4 month mark for others. I couldn't get a definite answer on the exact time they periodically pull as i'm sure it varies per account. I'm sure some of us would have better luck if a current report was pulled when requesting increases. Just thought I'd share what I came across today.

Starting Scores - EX 547 || EQ 541 || TU 538 - 01/21/2014
Current Scores - EX 691 || EQ 628??? || TU 695 - 08/04/2015
Goal Scores - 720 across the board
Current Utilization - 12% and going down
