Good Morning,
I was just approved for another Discover card today for $3,000. I'm assuming it is because I have recently paid off four credit cards, now I'm left with high balances on my two Navy Federal Cards, which I will be attacking next month. However, my concern is that my score has gone back over 720, but my synchorny cards have all denied me increases. I am wondering, how long does Synchrony use the previous months inquiry and report? It is the only reason I can think of for being denied. Also, Discover gave me an increase on my first Discover card. Any information would be helpful. I have said this before, but I will be gardening for the next year at least. It's just so darn hard. SMH.
Also, does anyone know of a company that offers pretty big 0% interest cards for the first year? If I could get one for one of my Navy Federal transfers, it would make life a lot easier for me. The bigger balance is $15,000 and the other is $9,000.
No way knowing what report they'll use for decision, but usually 30-60 days. I wouldn't poke Synch bear when carrying that much debt, JMO!
Best bet for higher limit 0% BT card would be CU. There's some known for higher limits on right profile. Just not Navy, they won't BT their own cards.
