That would make sense, actually. I may or may not know someone who defaulted on a Synchrony card.

I have gotten 6 new cards from Synchrony with no hard pulls. I applied only for the cards that did the pre-approvals. Once I am pre-approved I go back and freeze my reports before hitting the button.
