So the wife applied for the TJmaxx Credit card last night and got the "Email will be sent in 4 - 6 days or mail will be sent in 7 - 10 days"
It wasn't a straight denied atleast or maybe thats what they write when they deny you. We see the hard pull this morning.
Anyone had any experience with this card?
She shops there alot and she doesn't have any other credit cards but a secured card from Cap1.

I would give credit solutions a call. It may be something as simple as a verification is needed. This number I used last weekend was 877-379-8173 and they helped me out for the BP Visa I apped for.
Good luck.

Yes, call Credit Solutions. That's what happened for me on the BP VISA as well.

She probably was declined because of weak credit. One secured cc isn't enough to generate any new accounts.
If you added her on to 2-3 of your accounts it would help her file immensely.
Rehabing her school loans, and one collection of $200. I will get her to call. Thank you all for your information.
Called Credit solutions they verified eveyrthing and she wasn't approved.
Decided to take Cap1 up on their offer for the QS1 card low limit - approved.
Discover had a pre approval so she applied there but Denied, even after extra questions. Called the number and they offered her the Discover IT secured card, took them up on that offer.
So she will get there sooner or later.
Now we wait to see why Tjmaxx denied exactly. She really wanted that card for some reason.
