IME, that can be an experience in frustration. That is why I asked the questions. Amex is not simply ask every 90 days. You will feel disappointed if denied over and over again. Without more data, can not advise to try every 90 days, sometimes does no good. Was told by Amex CSRs that I seemed to have finally found the right approach, after having denials for a year. So, trust me (who knows how to use Amex on Paypal without getting in trouble).

It doesn't hurt one bit to try every 90 days. Sorry, makes no sense to wait 6 months when you could very well be approved in 90 days. It may do no good but it also does no harm. They don't penalize you for trying every 90 days or even more often (even though you can't be approved).

Quick side note please. Whats wrong with using am ex on pay pal. I have it linked with no issues
Amex Offers wont work and you will get 1% CB no matter what is your CB awards. For example if you have BCP that is offering 6%/3% CB on grocery/select Departmental stores you will get 1% only.

I app'd for the BCE over the weekend and was asked to call in. They verified details and approved me at $1,000. After reading on here that the 3x increase hasn't been working for $1,000 SL accounts I was nervous to try. But I received the card today, logged in online and tried for $3,000. It came back offering $2,000 and I accepted. So now I wait how long for the next one? I see conflicting numbers.
6 months
Hi everyone today is my 90 days, do I do it today for the CLI or tomorrow?
I know you can only get a CLI on one AM EX card every six months. Does this also carry across to Buisness cards as well. I have a Personal gold card and a Business Blue Cash card. I just received a CLI on my Personal card in December. Does that mean I have to wait for six months for my Business CLI
Thanks.
The answer to this question is that Personal and business is seperate. I got the card today with an inital 15k limit. I hit the CLI button and asked for 25k and it was granted.
My personal card is also at 25k
