It's honestly really hard to say. AMEX's internal risk scoring is taken into consideration and we don't know how that works. Some have been able to to hit the $30k-35k without triggering the 4506T prompt; others they try over $25k and get hit with it so there's really no rhyme or reason for when it happens. If you've look back on the thread I believe if the prompt shows up for IV you can simply go back one page and decrease your request in $500-$1000 increments til they give you an automatic approval. You'll get a lot of letters sent your way regarding that lol but you can just recycle/shred those papers.
If you were to ask me I think there's a good chance you'll get a counter offer if only because they already gave you a sizeable increase and you being a new recent customer. But they obviously love you if they gave an uninitiated CLI so there might be a good chance they'll happily give it you. YMMV as we always say.
I reread your original post and noticed you mentioned putting business expenses on the card. May I ask why you don't just get a business card with AMEX?
I have a business Visa, but the points on the Everday card are better, I just haven't taken the time to decide what Amex card would be best for business. And I've been wanting to keep my number of hard pulls down as much as possible.
Gotcha.
For what it's worth, a member here got an 8.5x AMEX CLI a few days ago without asking for it.

I'm not 100% certain but I'm pretty sure 180 days applies to any CLI acceptance, requested or otherwise.
As far as I'm aware the only things that reset the clock with CLIs is if you request and get denied (wait 91 days) or CLI request is granted (wait 181 days). Requesting early or having AMEX give you one (that was not requested by the customer) do not reset the clock.

100% correct.
Finally went ahead to make my first attempt at a CLI request with AMEX. I was waiting for my November SP to update. I requested 3x my $1,000 SL from my BCE that was opened in March and was approved right away. I also received a HH with the same SL from them in May instead of going after the 3x CLI right away. In October received the Gold Delta Biz with a $3,000 SL, which has an “increase your credit limit” button on the home screen of my account, but didn’t bother hitting it because I wanted the boost on my BCE first. Now, just to wait until May to go for round two on my BCE.
I was not aware of a 13 statement rule for transferring limits between cards. I just got approved for a Hilton Surpass card yesterday. The same day, I moved $14K from my NAF Hilton card to the Surpass. I got the donor card only two months ago. It hasn't hit its second statement yet.
Maybe with these being from the same product line, they let you move limits right away?
