Two Discover cards at same time? it and Miles

I've had my Discover it card for just over a year and find myself interested in the Discover Miles card. Is it possible to have both cards at the same time? I don't want to PC my it to Miles, I want both. Does anyone have both of these cards?

Discover allows you to have both the IT and the Miles Card.

You've had your card for a year, I read somewhere you need to have your discover for at. Least one year before apping for another, so you should be good. Let us know the outcome!!

You don't have to have the card for 1 year to appply for another product. I can say for sure since I have both and they were less than a year apart.

Why the timeframe? Is that the deadline for the double miles? I didn't see that in the T&C at Discover. I have not apped yet and am still on the fence.

OK. Thanks for the info. I haven't apped in almost a year and I'm really trying not to until the first of 2016. Lots of inq's gone by then. I'll post if I do decide to app.
