This post is funny cause i just got off phone with them and im so ughhh with them too. They pulled me 3 times for the same scripted reply from them . Im not gonna go away that easy but i dont think their gonna give into me. It was easy in the begining but not now.
I don't really see what all the fuss is about. Just calmly SD the card and move on. I did so with my Discover card when I wasn't getting the CLIs I wanted from it and am feeling quite satisfied about my decision. I put a lot of my spending on that card and just realized that it was a waste of my time and energy to keep bending over backwards to please one lender. I've fully accepted that not all CC companies work the same way and that they have different criteria and an idea of who they want to market to that I'm not always going to fit what they want.

Agreed, I have Barclays as well. No love for me.. I have cut up the card and haven't used it in almost a year.
