US Alliance CU Application

II applied for one of their cards a few weeks ago. It said I was instantly approved but I needed to send it some paperwork to prove income etc. I did send it all in. I have had contact with someone several times and they said they do have the documents. When I check the app status it still says I need to turn the paperwork in. Do they usually work extremely slow?  Anyone have any experience with them?  Thanks!!

I would believe the status reported by an analyst before I would online status and I wouldn't approach this with a huge sense of urgency until it was getting uncomfortably close to 30 days after your application. 

I've been a member for several years and once had an issue with getting them to correctly withdraw a hard pull they mistakenly made but overall I've found them to be competent.
