Regarding US Bank's 3/12 guidline, does that apply to all loans that show up on one's credit report, including Auto, Mortagage, Installment, etc.? Or just credit cards?
Thanks,

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but from all my research and my own personal experience it applies just to credit cards. It excludes loans.
