Thank for the input, I called in today and still get the “unable to retrieve” it’s been 8 days since the credit pull. I’m not really in a hurry for the card, it was just perplexing to have an automated information system in place, that doesn’t really provide any information. Hahahaha. I will just give it a few more days to see, they are probably mailing me something. I was just curious if anyone else had experience this and what their outcome might have been, whether or not this is standard when they need more information, or even standard when their going to deny.
