you should be able to call and ask if there's a limit/apr for the pre-approval application you submitted

Funny, I saw that pre-approval link today for the USB Shopper Cash Rewards Card. Even though it was labled as a "pre-approval" it looked too much like an actual app, so I opted not to try (I think I am getting paranoid 
)
Interesting finally back if you're doing the wrong way they pull your real credit

So, I did the pre-approval link for the USB altitude Go card and was approved. Was only a 1k SL but not complaining as I have no other relationship with them.
