Those are awesome preapprovals, and it's sure nice to see them... but US Bank is not the most reliable with preapprovals.

Yep. I read those too.
DW had three preapprovals earlier this month, applied for whichever one had the best BT offer and got denied. Waste of an inquiry.
For US. YMMV of course.

For US. YMMV of course.
You would also notice in those threads about the low SL's. Don't give in unless your gardening has achieved your goals. Be strong and weed those string beans.

Yup their pre-approval isn't 100%. I was denied last year with a 778 TU FICO 8.
