I got approved for 4200 SL, my score is in the low 700s. It has a high 5% BT fee, but that's still fairly neglible when you factor in a very long promo period (24 cycles). In 2027 I'll do a PC for some other US Bank card, the card is pretty useless outside of the intro offer.
That is not true. The US Bank Shield also has a credit for doing transactions every month for 11mo. It is great to hold an account open like the old BoA Better Balance Rewards card that gave $30 per quarter of one transaction per month. I personally PC'd an account that was running out of usefulness for mine.
