Re: Wal Mart Application process

Its a hit or miss using credit pulls but it's a good way to get some data points if it were updated consistently it's user managed. You can google "credit pulls database" it's the first link that usually comes up searching with those exact terms. You can look by lender, card name, CRA and drill down further by selecting your state. It will show you what people have entered for data points.

So far from my own personal experience in MO a lot of people don't look like they put in data points so I've had other CRAs pulled on my live apps because the data there is older for MO entries.

Synchrony can be pretty forgiving. When I got the Walmart card in March, my TU score was in the 620's and I had 11 derogs showing, including a Walmart charge off from 2010.

@Anonymous i went ahead and bit the bullet with CCT and it showed mt TU score @ 641. So i applied for wal mart card and they approved me for $700.00 clld the credit Solutions number 866-519-6441 to see if i can get an increase and they stated no. I am happy with the $700.00 though.

Glad you got in. I got 800 and my scores were under 625 then. THey must be tightening the CLI 's. I tried the day after I was approved and denied. My lettter stated, Its too soon because I just received the card.
