Walmart Store Card Criteria

A CLI with Walmart is always a SP. I have the Walmart MasterCard and so far haven't had much luck with a CLI, I've only had it for two months. On the other hand, I have had the Amazon Store Card for the same amount of time, and in my first month got a CLI from 800 to 3500 and the next month to 6000. You should try a CLI via chat, no HP so no need to worry.

Anyone know the number where you can call and check the status of your application? I doubt hubby gets an approval since he was turned down for us bank and amazon, synchrony doesn't like us I guess Thanks

Hey, it's a start and it will grow; congrats. Seems like I can always find 'stuff' at WM. I was approved last month, 700 ish TU  680's EX & EQ, with a couple old baddies, several inqs. By the time I activated the card I got the CL up to 1K.

Current promo with wally card:

Valid on a single-receipt purchase of $150 - $298.99, $299 - $428.99, $429 - $598.99, or $599 or more. No interest will be assessed on the promotional purchase if you pay the following (the 'promotional balance') in full within 6, 12, 18 or 24 months: 1) the promotional purchase amount, and 2) any related optional debt cancellation charges. I applied for the Walmart card with a 670-ish credit score. Got apporved for $500. 

Fast forward 3 years, im now at a $2600 CL (Literally just got it increased again an hr ago on the site lol).

Put in my income and WALLAA... 1800 -> 2600 instantly w/o credit pull. 

They also sent me something in the mail 3 weeks ago saying Im being upgraded to the Master Card for my good history with them. 

Walmart is one of the easier cards to get in my opinion. Dont worry.

Hi OP, is not criteria with walmart , If you really want that card just apply if you are denied or low CLs, just call walmart resolution line and recon, or ask for more credit,but this have to be done   couples hours after you applied and have your decsion,the recon line  they are generous, also  its a close to chrismas they will aprove you but all depends on your credit profile, ome times is not about just haveing high scores its just a combination Best of luck
