Possibly a verification, when I app'd for the Hyatt I got the 10 day message and should be getting a letter in the mail and in certain circumstances could take up to 30. I called the automated line and it said I would get something in the mail within 2 week which usually means a verification. I called the next morning and verified some info and was approved.
Just called a number I got from Twitter support. The CSR told me app was forwarded to verification dept which is closed on the weekend, so I'll have to call on Monday
