My guess/experience would be no. But, who knows... it's possible with Chase. 
I applied for CFU in January, was approved. Then I read about 5/24, CFU was #5. I thought, they approved me for the CFU, no problem with Amazon Prime Visa, its not 5/24 bound. Ha...Problems! Oldest card is not old enough (10mo) recent new credit (Chase auto loan in Nov, Discover in Dec, CFU in Jan) but I was welcome to apply again if things changed.
Oldest card is now 14mo, scores are even better than January. Amazon is calling me, sooo loudly! But, I'm going to try and wait till July, 6mo after CFU... and the Gold Delta that I got after being denied Amazon Prime.
Waiting, really considering all aspects of a card... I could have done that better. But hey, I taught myself a really good lesson.
Amex GoldDelta was my "revenge card." Immediately, off the phone with Chase recon denial, straight to Amex. I had been preapproved for months, hadn't been interested... till Chase denial. I'm happy I got the 10k, but, as with "revenge" anything comes regret. It's a good card, good CL, but it's not one I needed. It only makes 5/24 one card further away. And, I still want AmazonPrime Visa.
